Why is it that PA does not have the shariff come to your door to hand divorce papers to the person? Why is it that when you send divorce papers to someone in PA that they send the papers to the police dept, then the police dept sends them a letter saying that they have legal papers to pick up, and please pick them up in 48 hours or they will be returned to sender? Legal papers are NOT served correctly in PA. Anyone ever hear of this before? So this idiot never picked the papers up, so now we have to allow him another 30 days to respond to these that are going to be served by a court assessor. Is this normal procedure????? THIS IS NUTS!!!!!
